I won’t be staying at the Riverside again. I was put on the 18th floor and the room was supposed to be non smoking but I could still smell smoke. This was the most disorganized hotel I’ve ever stayed as far as parking. It was like going through a maze.

What can I say this place has about everything you could want under one roof and is very budget friendly also, The rooms are great and clean staff is very friendly, Cocktail waitresses are very attentive, restaurants range from budget to expensive, elevators work really well, Movie theater, covered parking, boat rides, bowling alley, pro entertainment, walk-in clinic, no complaints from me

The property was nice, facilities were a bit dated but they served the purpose so it's okay. I had to ask for bathroom amenities because they were missing. The bed was comfortable, beddings were clean. The buffet was so-so, need more choices.

We had a beautiful suite with a gorgeous view! The room it self was very nice but the shower could have/ should have been clean better. There was hair in the drain and bits of old soap on the floor. Other than that it was very nice. There was a private helicopter that landed right in front of our hotel that woke us up early in n the morning but I don’t believe that the hotel had any control over that.

The property can use some upgrades. The carpet for the rooms are ugly. It can be upgraded with some nice color. the rooms and restrooms are okay. disappointed in the noise, the carpet in the hallways. staff was very nice and helpful.
