It’s old even the renovated rooms feel old. We froze because it’s basically sheets on the bed and our heat didn’t work. No fridge no coffeemaker in the room unless u pay extra charge. Everyone that worked there was super nice and friendly. But property isn’t that great. The food at Guy’s restaurant is awful. Their sister hotel the Tropicana seemed to be in much better shape

Harrah's Not Like It Used To Be !!
Our stay was ok. Rooms really need to be updated!! Our clock was not plugged in and not working and I found some garbage left on floor next to bed from previous people. Sheer curtain on window was missing???? And the price for room was quite expensive. Not too happy this time !!!
