Exuding charm & character, this perfectly located c1890 cottage, is bound to have you making another booking!

Nestled within a popular area of the city, within 100m to Launceston's famous Charles Street cafe strip and only minutes walk to Coles Supermarket, the CBD & Launceston General Hospital. "The Cottage" retains character features such as polished baltic pine floorboards, bullnose verandah, fretwork & leadlight window in the entrance. The large skylight in the living area, gives the cottage ample light & a sense of space.

For those cold Tasmanian nights, there are electric panel heaters in all rooms & a reverse cycle heat pump in the living room. The kitchen has all the comforts of home, to cook up a feast of local Tasmanian produce. Out the back is a bbq & deck area to relax & enjoy a morning coffee or glass of Tasmanian wine at the end of a busy day exploring the region. There is off street parking for one vehicle.
