The property is convenient to the centre of Launceston. However my room and my sister's room had issues. The bathroowm had mould on tiles and green mould on most of the shower head as well as pink tinged mould on shower curtain. My sister had no hot water in the basin, she was told by maintenance to turn on bath tap before turning on her basin-rather antiquated fix.

Unhelpfull staff, equipment not working, Parking expensive bearing in mind the inconvenience caused by its limited availability. Meals/room service nearly non existent after 1930.

It been wonderful cosy stay and very comfortable bed i will stay there again ... I highly recommended housekeeper to be more greeting to guest instead of walking pass not a boo as I work for hotel and i find it rather unwelcome ... Reception staff is absolutely lovely and helpful
