Great views. Would recommend this property.
We would highly recommend this property. It is very high on a hilltop and has great views of the city. The place was very clean. Had upscale appliances. All amenities were there and operational. We would highly recommend this place for someone who wants quiet. It had a little bit of a walk to get to any town function. You would need a car.

Awesome gem overlooking South Launceston.
Stayed here for a week. Would stay again in a heart beat. Lovely home, just right for small family. Beautiful views day or night through the floor to ceiling windows of the valley. 5 minutes drive from The Gorge and the centre of Launceston, 15 minutes drive from the airport. Check-in and check-out was a breeze, and the host was an excellent communicator. Great floorplan, very clean. Highly recommended.

Amazing home
An absoutely incredible home for our 10 day stay in Launceston. Location was perfect for us. A short drive or uber into town, IGA in walking distance as well as the beautiful gorge and gorge cafe. The house itself is a real home away from home. Had everything we needed and more. The beds are especially comfy with really cosy bedding. Plenty or towels, toilet rolls and other amenities. Woke up every morning to incredible views watching the morning fog roll in with the sunrise. And finished every day with sunset over the gorge followed by the stunning twinkly lights from town. This is now our favorite place to stay when we are in town and cannot wait for our next trip so we get to enjoy the home again 😊 Sophie is a great host and very responsive if you need to get in touch for any reason during your stay.

Exceeded our expectations
We booked a 2 night stay as part of our family holiday around Tasmania. Everything about our stay was fabulous. The spectacular views over Launceston and beyond are breathtaking. We especially loved the heated floors in the bathrooms, plush towels, linen bedding as well as the beautiful dining table and super comfortable couches. The kitchen was well equipped and having access to the washer and dryer was an added bonus! Sophie was a great communicator from the time of booking, sending us a little message acknowledging our confirmed booking. Her instructions on how to enter the property were easy to follow. Next time we are in Launceston, we will be sure to stay here again.

Sunshine Staters who love Tassie
This was a great place to use as a base for our 6 day stay in Launceston. very centrally located. Handy to IGA and Woolies. We like to shop locally then mainly do our own cooking so the really well-equipped kitchen set up was ideal for us. (Maybe some instructions on the use of the microwave + a Microwave safe dish or two for reheating, cooking veggies etc. We bought a DECOR one, suited us just fine.) We're linen, cotton, and wool bedding folk so the lovely SHERIDAN linen sheeting and towels along with the 2 X lovely Wool blankets were appreciated. Owner Sophie responded to a request for more tea towels and scourer with speed and enthusiasm! The sunny back deck was just the ticket for M' Lady to catch up on her reading. If you are a lark, the panoramic pre-dawn skies seen through the expanse of glass are a wonderful way to welcome the day. The fairyland of lights of night-time add the secret ingredient to any evening meal. Thank you Sopie for making your retreat available to us.
