Set on the fringe of Launceston's CBD is "Mulberry Lane" accommodation. A beautifully renovated two bedroom cottage, offering everything you could possibly want & more for a wonderful stay whilst exploring Launceston & surrounds.

Situated over two storeys. The king main bedroom is located upstairs with ensuite & very spacious walk in robe. this space has it's own dedicated heating/cooling system & second tv. Whilst downstairs is the modern open plan kitchen, dining & living, with electric heating/cooling, & smart tv. The second bedroom, with queen bed, also has it's own heating/cooling system. There is also a second bathroom with walk in shower & bath & full laundry facilities on this ground level.

Off the living area is a small patio area, complete with Weber Baby Q Bbq.

There is free off street parking for one vehicle only, at the rear of the home.

Available for long & short stays.

For your safety, the accommodation is fitted with external security cameras that shows the driveway only.
The two doors in the downstairs hallway are locked off & not available to guests. No-one has access to these & they are not shared with anyone.

Excellent accommodation in Launceston
Beautifully renovated house with all the amenities you need. Very easy walk into Launceston with spacious off street parking. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely visit again.
