Bad experience, no water, no AC - careless staff
The checkin was already a bit chaotic as no one really seemed to be responsible. The whole hotel is very anonymous, simple equipped but could be good for one night near the airport. Our experience was horrible as there was no water the whole evening, night and morning. No compensation, no solution, nothing from the hotel stuff. Very disappointing in total.

perfect for an over night stay with an early flight. They sorted the taxi for me. I arrived in Salvador bus terminal, so left my bag in the baggage storage at the terminal, went into the city and then collected my bags on the way to the airport.

Dirty bathroom, ac took 4 hours to cool a bit the room. No breakfast available by 9am, dirty beds. Would not give this place 3 stars. Lookig. Outside you see nad houses looks like a favela.

Great if you need to rest a few hours before a flight - only 10 mins taxi from the airport. Bit of a dingy area/hotel but clean enough to get a few hours sleep - better than sleeping in the airport!

Fui atendida por uma novata em treinamento,nada humilde! Zero simpatia. Nao me passaram nada no check-in, tipo: senha wifi,horario do cafe da manhã, servico de quarto,voltagem. Comunicação zero. Liguei para perguntar se tinha cobertor o recepcionista da noite me respondeu grosseiro que so fornecia lençol e se eu quisesse teria que ir buscar. Fiquei chocada com a resposta. O cafe da manha encerra as 9h cheguei as 7:30 nao tinha fruta,não tinha cafe quente,nao tinha pão novo,so velho. Ao sair a moça da recepção nem um boa viagem me desejou. Muito decepcionada. Viajo muito e ja me hospedei em varios tipos de hoteis. Mas confesso que essa foi a pior equipe de hotel. Pra o hotel ficar melhor é so trocar a equipe. A acomodação é ate boa. So tenho a reclamar o banheiro que nao tem box,molha tudo. A agua vai parar no quarto.
