Refaite à neuf, cette magnifique maison traditionnelle auvergnate est située en zone rurale dans le petit village de Chambeuil , à 5 kilomètres de la station du Lioran, des pistes de ski et de randonnées pédestres.
Vous trouverez en ce logement tous le confort dont vous aurez besoin afin de profiter de votre séjour en fonction de vos activités en toute saison.
En hiver, votre véhicule doit être impérativement équipé de pneus adaptés ou bien de chaînes par temps de neige car les chemins sont escarpés et les routes pentues pour s'y rendre.

Cette belle maison à une capacité d'accueil de 6 personnes.
Elle est composée au rez-de-chaussée : d'un grand séjour avec son poêle à granules et son superbe style maison de campagne ouvert sur la cuisine équipée (avec cafetière filtre traditionnelle, bouilloire, lave vaisselle, réfrigérateur/congélateur, four, four micro-ondes, grille pain ....), d'une chambre avec un lit de 180X200, une salle de bain avec douche, un WC séparée.
A l'étage: un coin salon avec TV, une chambre avec un lit de 140X190 et une autre chambre avec deux lits simples de 90X190, une salle de bain avec baignoire et un WC séparé également.

Vous pourrez profiter de l'extérieur grâce aux deux terrasses avec leur mobilier de jardin.
Cette maison de campagne dispose d'un extérieur non clôturé, il faudra donc faire attention aux enfants et aux animaux car la route passante n'est pas loin. Vous pourrez stationner devant la maison sur un chemin pentu à au moins 2 véhicules.
