C'est un duplex disposant d'une chambre en mezzanine avec un lit double en 140x190 ainsi qu'un canapé type chauffeuse d'une place. Il dispose dune salle d'eau avec douche et wc, d'un séjour comprenant un coin salon avec un canapé convertible en 140x190, ainsi qu'un coin cuisine équipé d'un réfrigérateur top, une plaque électrique, d'un micro-ondes, d'un grille pain, d'une bouilloire, d'un appareil à fondue et à raclette, d'une cafetière filtre traditionnelle....)
