So I had booked this property months ago through Expedia and it randomly got canceled because apparently they overbooked or there was a glitch in the system between them and Expedia. Expedia could not help solve the problem could not find me another place to stay.

Love the river front view and river walk. And it was within walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Road construction in Lawrence is a challenge though.

Nice location in downtown Lawrence - close to Mass Street. Property is a bit dated, but otherwise was clean and pleasant wiht nice staff. Wonderful warm - and free - breakfast.

The chexk in staff, janitor, and housekeeping staff were all very friendly. The place was very clean. Only negative was pool was very bleachy. Breakfast was good with alot of selections
