This is obviously an abandoned property that is being refit, and it shows. Paint peeling on the doors, bugs crawling across the floor, and no toiletries. We had to go buy our own toilet paper. It has the potential to be very nice property with a little bit of work, but it’s not one of the best places we’ve ever stayed.

A total disgrace my wife and I expected better than what we got instead it was a total loss of time and money. We were out of town and everywhere else was booked and full. I demand a full refund immediately from Expedia. This makes no damn sense to me that a business will present a customer with such a terrible experience dirty unclean room is one thing but a unsecure door that won't even close and lock unflushed toilet. We walked up flights of stairs to a room with a wide open door anything could've happened to us we never stayed in the room and it ruined a supposed to be very special night for my wife and I. I'm a new customer with Expedia I expected better.
