Air-conditioned farmhouse sleeps 6 to 8, swimming pool, lakeside (pets welcome)

The Mas Rose des Vents is located in the residence of the fishermen's island at the edge of the marine lake of Salses-Leucate and close to the sea offering a magnificent view of the Pyrenees and Canigou.

The farmhouse:
It includes a living room with table, sofa, TV and DVD player.
Kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped and very functional:
- large fridge with freezer,
- induction hob with hood,
- toaster,
- filter coffee maker,
- kettle,
- microwave,
- washing machine,
- dishwasher,
- all kitchen accessories.

Bedroom 1: Parental suite with 1 double bed (140x200) and storage cupboard, with its private bathroom including Italian shower, sink and wc.
Bedroom 2: Bedroom with 2 separate beds (90x200) and storage cupboard.
Bedroom 3: Cabin with 2 bunk children's beds (70x190)
A second bathroom with walk-in shower and sink and a second separate toilet will complete the sleeping area.

Outside:
You can enjoy a plot of 300 m2, enclosed by hedges and a gate:
- a shaded terrace
- a barbecue
- a garden furniture
- deckchairs
- an adult picnic table
- a clothes horse

The residence:
Our mas are located in the quietest part of the site, without being far from the common facilities. You benefit from the tranquility while having access in two minutes to the leisure facilities of the site:
- large swimming pool with slide
- small heated swimming pool,
- pool with slide suitable for the little ones,
- jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, fitness room,
- games room, bar, restaurant, snack bar.
For nautical activities, access to the marine lake is direct.
Finally those who prefer the sea and its sandy beaches, it only takes five minutes of cycling or fifteen minutes of walking.
