The house consists of a large living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom, separate wc and two bedrooms including a 35 m² master suite with dressing room and private bathroom and WC. In the garden fully equipped summer kitchen, terrace with tables and chairs, plancha, small private 5x2.6 swimming pool and its outdoor seating area, toilets in a garden outbuilding. Land completely fenced and not overlooked closed by an electric gate. The house is equipped with Internet connection, air conditioning in the living room is in the master bedroom, all linens are included in the rental. Baby equipment. for a first contact here is my tel 06. 60. 19. 86. 71. a deposit of 700 € will be requested upon arrival by check or cash. A cleaning fee of 130 € not compulsory if you do your cleaning thank you

Great house with excellent facilities

We have booked this house several times now as it’s a great location for visiting all local areas from the beach to vineyards as well as Paul Ricard. It’s in a lovely village with fab restaurants and a good local market on Fridays! When weather is good the outside kitchen is brilliant! Lots of places to sit and enjoy the sunshine including a small balcony that we enjoy breakfast on. Really excellent facilities all through the house.

Great place to stay

A very nice and spacious villa in a calm neighbourhood and very close to all the services in Beausset. We enjoyed the well equipped summer kitchen, which has everything you need. Our kids loved the small pool in the garden. Also the outside seating area in the shade was very nice. The house was lovely and beautifully decorated. Everything worked well and there was a spacious parking place for a car in the yard. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend this villa, which also offers a nice opportunity to visit the nearby Var villages and cities.

Casa spettacolare

In questa casa grande , comodissima e pulita c è veramente tutto. Ci sono addirittura 3 cucine , in modo che non ci si deba spostare se si mangia in giardino, in veranda o in casa. La casa è in una zona molto tranquilla, ma vicino al centro. Das Haus ist wirklich unglaublich, sehr geräumig und bequem. Es gibt sogar 3 verschiedene Küchen, so dass man im Haus, auf der Veranda oder im Garten essen kann ohne hin und her zu laufen. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und zentrumsnah.

Super tolles Haus

Sehr schönes Haus mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Viel Platz vorhanden. Hochwertige Ausstattung der Küche im Haus, aber auch die Außenküche ist vollwertig. Wer mit dem E Auto anreist, kann in ungefähr 200 Meter öffentlich laden! Vom Haus erreicht man das Meer in rund 15 Minuten.

Bon rapport qualité prix

Bien situé au niveau géographique. Un peu proche de la route menant au Castellet mais circulation supportable. Accueil très sympathique de la patronne. Maison climatisée dans toutes les chambres et autres pièces. Très bien équipée à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. La piscine est peu petite. Intéressant de pouvoir aller à pied au village du Beausset. A recommander pour des personnes qui bougent beaucoup et qui souhaitent visiter cette super belle région.

Une région superbe avec beaucoup de lieux à visiter et toujours un temps superbe. La maison est belle et très agréable, spacieuse, bien équipée, au calme et avec tous le conforts voulus. Cette maison est parfaite pour passer des vacances au calme tout en étant proche des lieux touristiques. Belle plage à 15 minutes, plein de petits producteurs avec les fruits et les légumes excellents, et les vins de Bandol ... Une location que je recommande vivement !

Extérieur idéal pour des enfants. Piscine sécurisée. Pelouse synthétique ( un peu chaude en plein soleil), super coin salon. Sans oublier la cuisine d été totalement équipée et la table bien ombragée. Maison immense (beaucoup plus grande que sur les photos), mais on est tout le temps rester dehors. Super suite parentale. Deux salles de douches ( pas de baignoire). Emplacement idéal, à 5 minutes du centre du beausset. On y retournera sans hésiter! Propriétaire très sympa.
