Village house Le Boulou

Hello.
You will be welcomed in a 2-star apartment "Meublé de Tourisme" You have at your disposal the whole house, only for you.
Traditional Catalan house completely renovated and for your comfort a regular investment. I just had an air conditioning in the living room kitchen and bedroom, replaced the windows with electric blinds, redo the floor and ceiling of the first floor and paintings. The bathroom waxed concrete atmosphere has been redone, lighting and shower door ... soap dispenser and shampoo. New washing machine.
For a better connection of the WIFI a repeater has just been installed.
We put at your disposal a set of sheets 180 complete for the King size bed with the possibility of splitting it into 2 x 90 cm, and set of sheets in 140 for the bed sofa bed. bath linen also provided.

At your arrival and at your departure we will do together an EDF meter reading

We are ideally placed, the region is rich in diversity, in the triangle Spain (Perthus 10 minutes, except of course in high season), Perpignan and the rocky coast. If you like outdoor sports, plain, mountain, sea, you will be satisfied! Hiking, mountain biking, water sports, aerial, you have the choice! Should I talk about the climate? For all and for all tastes ...

The apartment is downtown 50 M from all shops and shuttles for spa treatments, 5 minutes by bike and 1/4 on foot for cures. Commercial area with Hypermarkets, 800M. Quiet street.
