Chalet 12-14 people Le Grand Bornand - Chinaillon

Near the center of Chinaillon station, the old village (500/700 m), and ski slopes (ski bus stop 100 m and 5 minutes). Superb semi-detached chalet in solid wood. It includes: a spacious living / lounge bathed in light with fireplace, a fully equipped open kitchen, 5 bedrooms, one with toilet + 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets, a laundry room (washing machine, dryer and dryer shoes) and a ski room.
From the two sunny balconies, on the South West front, you will enjoy a beautiful view of the ski slopes and the valley.

Much smaller than the photos look. Bunk beds right at outside door. Have to walk up a busy road to get to the town if you do not take the bus. But we knew that before we left. Not enough sitting space or showers (shower head broken) for the amount of people. Overall just ok.

Trés beau châlet, spacieux et confortable. La situation est ideale, proche des commerces. Pour rejoindre les pistes les bus sont très efficaces et rapides (moins de 5 min). Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Chalet agréable, quelques améliorations possibles.
Chalet très agréable dans l'ensemble. Beaux espaces et décoration agréable. Cuisine bien équipée en matériel pour un grand groupe.Facilité de parking pour 3 voitures. Un gros point négatif est qu'il est très mal insonorisé. Très difficile avec de jeunes enfants, le plancher grince tellement qu'il est impossible de marcher sans les réveiller. L'escalier c'est encore pire. Il est dommage que l'entretien ne soit pas mieux réalisé tant au niveau du nettoyage qui pour les 150 euros payés laisse fort à désirer que pour le suivi de petites soucis( aucune porte ne ferme, une seule ampoule qui s'allume dans le lustre , un seul lit superposé avec des petites lumières, lampes de chevets avec fil trop court pour mettre dans la prise, joints douche défaits,...) quelques petites choses qui amélioreraient grandement le confort et l'aspect général. 2 des photos des chambres ne sont pas conformes à la réalité ( ch1 manque un lit 1 personne à côté de la fenêtre et ch 3 avec 1 lit 140 dans l'autre sens à la place de 2 lits simples) . L'accès à la navette se fait le long de la grand route, sans trottoir . C'est très dangereux mais le propriétaire n'en peut rien. Beaucoup de navettes pendant les congés scolaires, c'est très pratique) Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans le chalet.

très bon séjour
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la flexibilité des propriétaires et leur gentillesse !! Nous avons loué du vendredi au vendredi et comme personne ne louait avant après, nous avons pu arriver et repartir quand nous le souhaitons ! Le système de clés à l extérieur était très pratique pour la grande famille que nous étions (caché clés avec un code devant la maison). Maison très bien équipée avec 2 appareils à raclette je recommande sans hésiter.

Afgelopen voorjaarsvakantie een week wezen skiën in Le Grand Bornand. We waren met 12 personen (3 gezinnen) en dit paste allemaal prima. Het is een gezellig en sfeervol huis dat voorzien is van alles wat je nodig hebt. De skibushalte was een paar minuten lopen. De ligging van het balkon was ook super, heel zonnig en fantastisch uitzicht. Kortom een hele leuke plek voor een skivakantie.

Très bon séjour avec une super météo. Chalet très bien équipé...chaleureux...un ou deux transats sur le balcon seraient appréciables...Avec des enfants,besoin de vigilance sur la route pour rejoindre l arrêt navette... Bonne adresse...On espère y revenir...

séjour agréable malgré quelques désagréments
Chalet chaleureux, agréable et spacieux. Bien équipé. A 10 mn à pied du centre de la station, route dangereuse avec des enfants. Très jolie vue. Quelques points négatifs cependant : - les poubelles de la salle de bain du bas n'étaient pas vidées à notre arrivée (couches sales de bébé) - Ménage moyen - Pommeau de douche maintenu sur la barre avec du scotch (impossible de rincer la baignoire et pas pratique pour se doucher). - Nous avons du réparer le siphon de la cuisine qui fuyait.
