The studio itself is located on the ground floor of a charming residence with private and secure parking. Recently renovated, it offers most modern equipments: flat screen TV, washing machine, internet, dishwasher, oven- microwave, electrical WEBER barbecue, air conditioner ,garden, tennis court, bikes(on request). The garden terrace (35m2) is a haven of peace. South facing, it's perfect for relaxing in the sun or enjoying lovely meals and barbecues.This charming studio comes with a fully equipped bathroom (shower)including a power shower and washing machine and a towel heater.
