Tranquility, independence, conviviality and rest guaranteed in a pleasant and very quiet wooded environment without being far from the beach and walks in the surrounding hills. Large garden and enclosed shaded parking + outdoor parking. Swing portico, covered terrace of 15 m2 south facing without opposite or traffic, deckchairs, meals or naps in complete peace facing the sea view or towards the hill of Bormes, on the terrace or in the garden. Very pretty view of the sea, Iles d'or and Bormes-les-Mimosas. Privileged location in Lavandou for this very clean, functional, ecological rental.

Independent entrance - Washing machine and drying racks. Bathtub, high chair and baby bed available.
- Boules court 150 m away (pétanque balls on site). Maximum capacity: 5 people (on request)
Holiday vouchers accepted. Deposit of €350 to be deposited upon entry. Returned in full if no damage and apartment returned in good clean condition as found on arrival.

Relaxing week in the sun
Overall a lovely stay. Accommodation is part of owners home but remains private with own access and private terrace with outdoor furniture. Well equipped for all our needs. Decor is a little dated but comfortable. Good 20 min downhill walk into Le Lavandou, 30 min steep walk back. Owner is friendly and available if needed, we communicated well with a mix of limited French and English. Would stay again, thank you Catherine

Logement avec vue magnifique et au calme sur les hauteurs (ça grimpe). Logement très propre qui pourrait être un peu modernisé notamment dans la cuisine mais nous n'avons manqué de rien. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour reposant avec de belles balades Merci à Cathy pour son accueil

Ruhige und erholsame Ferien
Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit allem. Was aus dem Inserat besser hervorgehen muss ist, dass man Bettwäsche mitbringen sollte und dass ein Deposit von 350Euro deponiert werden muss. Ansonsten hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und wurden gut umsorgt von Catherine.

Nette und reelle Fewo mit toller Aussicht und Terrasse. Gibt eigentlich nichts zu kritisieren. Freundliche Vermieterin, aber elementare Französisch-Kenntnisse erforderlich oder google übersetzer nutzen. Bei Google maps war die Adresse nicht richtig, man kann sich verfahren.

la location est très fonctionnelle et on y trouve vraiment tout y compris dans la cuisine (matériel complet) La terrasse est agréable et bien exposée , sur le jardin avec vue sur la mer... le top pour des citadins ! La ville n’est pas loin même à pied mais il faut avoir de bon mollets 😉 Merci aux hôtes très agréables et communicants et leur présence n’est pas ressentie lors du séjour (c’est le risque lorsqu’ils habitent au dessus de vous) Nous recommandons cette location !

Einfache Fereinwohnung in sehr schöner Lage
Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer sehr schönen Hanglage mit Südausrichtung in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Zum Strand, zum Bäcker und zum Supermarkt ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto, zu Fuß ca. 15 Minuten. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung hat den Stand der 70er Jahre, ebenso Funktionalität und Bequehmlichkeit. Das "Urlaubsleben" findet weitgehend auf der sehr schönen Terrasse statt. Geräuschempfindliche Menschen müssen jedoch ab Ende Juni an der ganzen Küste etwas "leiden" (v.a. durch Grillen). Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Le Levandou ist ein kleiner ruhiger angenehmer Badeort mit einem sehr schönen Sandstrand (wird fast täglich gereinigt) und vielen Freizeitangeboten. Recht zentrale Lage an der Cote d'Azur. Wer auf großen Komfort keinen Wert legt und sich hauptsächlich auf Terrasse und am Strand aufhalten wird ist hier genau richtig.

Wohlfühlen in netter Athmosphäre
Die Wohnung ist einfach ausgestattet, aber es ist alles da, was man braucht. Der Blick von der Terrasse zum Meer ist super, genauso super wie Cathrine, die sich um alles bestens kümmert und bei Problemen gut helfen kann.
