20 mins walk from the city center (10 mins by bus), in a very quiet area, 10 mins from the mythical circuit of the 24 hours of Le Mans, come and discover the medieval city of Plantagenet with its Gallo-Roman wall. Villa in lush greenery, very spacious and comfortable. An unsecured basin, in a natural swimming pool, is at your disposal to refresh yourself.
On the ground floor: fully equipped kitchen, living room with dining room and living room with ornamental fireplace and large flat screen. 1 separate toilet and 1 large bathroom with Italian shower. Upstairs: 1 large bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. Bathroom with basin, bath with shower. Mezzanine with sports equipment (weight bench), lounge area with TV and 2-seater sofa bed (2 additional beds). Geothermal heating included. Tourist tax in addition to be paid directly to the owner on departure. Boules pitch. Courtyard with garden furniture. Visit of the owner once a day to take care of his animals (biquettes, sheep, hens) in all discretion....
