Nice but weird.
An unusual airport hotel with weird rules. Not 4 star as no room service or pool. If you order bar food after 10:30pm you are literally matched off to your room with a tray & told you MUST eat in your room, despite the bar being open for another 90 mins. Odd & therefore doesn't cater well for frequent flyers who may arrive at unusual hours. + Comfortable rooms, friendly front desk & decent gym. - not actually close to airport & food not great.

The pools featured on the pictures are actually off property. Other than that very nice property even though it is in the middle of an industrial zone.

Nice and clean. We waited a long time at the registration desk. Shuttle to airport was convenient, just wish they came more often. Caesar salad at the restaurant was not good. They put actual anchovies right in the salad….eeew. Made the salad taste fishy…could not eat it.

We didn’t had air in our room and they wasn’t able to give us another room, said technician will come in the morning. Wasn’t able to sleep all night because it was so hot. Was sweating all night long

The dining cuts off from allowing you to eat at the restaurant after a certain time. The staff weren’t nice and the hotel shuttle driver was worst!

Staff were very friendly and helpful . Nice having the use of the adjacent pool , sauna, spa . Breakfast was good , and if weather is nice you can enjoy breakfast in the outdoor gardens .

PRO: beautiful establishment, helpful staff, hotel lobby immaculate, breakfast buffet well stocked, constantly being refreshed presentation well done. Hotel shuttle drivers very polite and accommodating. Despite size and constant influx of guest, the hotel rooms, floors are very quiet. CON: Shuttle should service Terminal One at Charles de Gualle airport. Buffet food temperature should be increased in the warmers. Food was barely warm.

Free access to the swimming center that is located in 3 minutes walk from the hotel is great. Transfer from the airport is convenient. Corridors in the hotel could have been cleaner, there is a little smell of dampness, but the rooms are alright and clean (without any odd smells). Pets are allowed and there is a lot of space for walking them around the hotel. Overall, nice place to stay after a flight especially with a pet!

I stay in this hotel for one week.the hotel was beautiful and quite and they have to clean the room everyday which make it more hygiene.but the breakfast staff wasn't helping at all there very rude and disrespectful and when you try to talk to them they pretend as if they don't hear English.
