I recently stayed at [Hotel Name] and overall had a pleasant experience, meriting a solid 4-star review. The location is excellent, conveniently situated near major attractions and dining options, making it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers. However, I encountered some difficulty with the parking space. It was quite challenging to navigate and park a larger vehicle. This could be a potential inconvenience for guests with bigger cars or SUVs. To improve the guest experience, I recommend that the hotel clearly mention this limitation in their comments section or hotel description. Forewarning guests would help manage expectations and allow them to make more informed decisions. Despite this minor issue, the rest of my stay was enjoyable, with comfortable accommodations and friendly service.

We arrived at midnight, amazing service from the person at the reception, super helpful! Rooms are lovely clean but extremely basic with no kettle coffee or tea (or at least just kettle).

Disappointing :(
I booked this hotel for 5 days. It was terribly cold both in the room and in the whole hotel. The administration was not planning to switch on any heating. The wifi connection was very poor, so you can say that there was no internet at all. Eventually, it was not possible to stay in this hotel and just booked another place for my last 2 nights.

Staff are fine and the room is small but clean and tidy. Location wise is not really good. We just stay one night during driving from London to Grenoble. It is ok for such purpose. But not really ideal for any sort of tourist purpose.

Hôtel loin de valoir la note qui lui est attribué ! Pas très propre et évier salle avec plein de cheveux. Le matin, le service d’étage a toquer à notre porte vers 9h40 pour nous demander de quitter la chambre alors que le flyer « Ne pas déranger » est bien accroché à la poignée de la porte! Son excuse est qu’il fallait bien qu’il fasse son ménage et tant pis si pour l’heure de départ est indiqué avant 12h

À part l’agent de sécurité qui doit croire qu’il est seul quand il téléphone et la dame de l’accueil qui laisse la porte ouverte vers l'extérieur de la salle petit déjeuner pour que l’ont déjeunent plus vite c’était pas mal
