Needs update
The staff were great and provided very helpful information for touring the city. The breakfast was great. The room was spacious. The only negative is that the hotel needs a decor update. Carpets need to be replaced, linens too. It looks a little like a college dorm.

Hotel was simple and clean. Very minimal. A bit disappointed that there weren't any drinks in the room. We had to go downstairs to the cafe. Location is great though, close to all the sightseeing areas.

Incredibly friendly, welcoming and supportive staff. Small, (too) soft bed, little space to hang around in the lobby, no bar. Very careful/cautious (great handling) with regard to COVID-19 (role model). Great brasserie and pizza place right next door.

Comfortable one night stay in Le Puy
This Ibis hotel was very close to the old town and to a number of lovely restaurants which suited us very well. The room was exceptionally clean and was absolutely fine for a one night stay in this lovely town. Staff were very helpful. The breakfast was extremely good.

Perfectly situated 3-star accomodation.
The hotel is situated just at the edge of the centre of town and has a lovely little plaza with fountain adjacent. There are 3 affiliated restaurants with one being connected to the lobby. The staff are friendly and accomodating. The nightly rate is at the upper end of the town's offerings, but breakfast is included -- so that must be factored in. I highly recommend.
