Annulation de la réservation une fois sur place
Vous me demandez de raconter mes vacances. Nous arrivons en Martinique en avion avec nos trois enfants en bas âges, une fois arrivée devant la location à 18h. Le propriétaire nous dit que le logement est déjà loué par quelqu’un d’autre. Nous avons dû nous débrouiller pour trouver un hôtel en urgence et un autre logement pour le reste de la semaine. Sans assistance d’abritel ni compensation financiere. Juste le remboursement de la location annulée. Je ne suis pas du genre à mettre des commentaires comme ça mais là « pas content »
