Well situated and comfortable
For a group of eight golfers this property is well located in a very nice area and comfortable. The proprietor and concierge were responsive, dealing with a couple of issues that arose promptly. The facilities are fit for purpose and the beds are comfortable. Bed linen, towels and all consumables represented an additional cost. Overall, this is a very nice property. With a little more focus on the needs of the occupants it could be made even better.

The whole family thought the property was well set out, we could not find anything missing, plenty of plates, cutlery, glasses, cupboards, wardrobes, outside furniture, comfortable beds, and loads of room to sit and eat for 12 people. One small point one bedroom had facilities for 4 people in two double beds. Ok for us as we were only 10. We did report a broken iron, important as we had two teenage girls, this was not replaced while we were there. We all agreed the property was really great and would go back again, maybe you could mention you are quite away from the main shops, beach and a large supermarket. There is a small supermarket you could walk to which had most things you need. Perhaps you could have a visitor book with some information for instance which bin is for what rubbish. We did our best. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette maison. Elle est très lumineuse, spacieuse, fonctionnelle et elle était très propre. La communication avec Sandrine qui s'occupe des arrivées et des départs est facile. Notre groupe était composé de grands-parents, parents et petits-enfants. La maison a plu à tous. Nous recommandons vivement et espérons pouvoir revenir dans cette maison !

La villa a son charme, l’emplacement est très bien dans un beau quartier. Pièce de vie et chambres correctes. Petits bémols : le lave vaisselle était en panne, peut-être que les précédents locataires n’avaient pas transmis l’info, cependant faire la vaisselle à la main pour 11 personnes cela prend du temps sur le séjour. Les salles de bain sont à rénover, joints de carrelage moisis, propreté moyenne. 1 douche était inutilisable car le thermostat était bloqué sur 45 degrés. La salle de bain avec baignoire est trés démodée et la salle de bain du rdc est spacieuse, cependant la douche très glissante, nous avons eu une chute. Dans l’ensemble nous avons passé un bon week-end en faisant abstraction de ces petits bémols.

aanrader voor grote groepen
Verblijf met kinderen en kleinkinderen bood een groot comfort niet alleen aan kamers maar ook toiletten en badkamers. Op de site was geen info wat betreft beddengoed. Via mail was er wel vlotte communicatie mogelijk waaruit bleek dat dit optioneel was en liefst vooraf moest aangevraagd worden en betaald. Le Touquet Paris-Plage zelf was echt een meevaller.

La maison est bien équipée, la conciergerie est réactive s il manque quelque chose Il faudrait prévoir des travaux de rafraîchissement sérieux dans les sanitaires et sur la terrasse (lames de bois mobiles et clous qui ressortent )

Omdat het ons vorig jaar erg bevallen was, hebben we dit jaar met onze familie opnieuw geboekt. De ervaring dit jaar was eerder teleurstellend. De villa, hoewel goed van ligging en ruim is toch wel aan herstel toe. Vorig jaar kon het er nog net mee door en waren omgeving en het huis op zich (voldoende ruimte) voldoende argumenten om opnieuw te boeken. Hoewel de huurprijs gestegen is, is er weinig geïnvesteerd in het onderhoud en vernieuwen van de accomodatie. Badkamertjes moeten opgefrist worden, terras en buitentrappen dringend onderhouden , het geheel geeft van buitenaf een wat verwaarloosde indruk. Internetverbinding is lamentabel! Slot achterdeur kapot, is nadien wel prompt hersteld. Netheid kan zeker beter voor de nieuwe huurders, er lag overal stof en er waren verstopte doucheafvoerleidingen...

Prima huis voor grote groep. Prachtige omgeving. Advertentie was wat summier, geen info wat er allemaal aanwezig in huis was en wat je zelf mee moest nemen of huren. Netheid wat mindere score omdat er niet zo goed was schoon gemaakt. Tuin was grote verrassing, Iedereen was tevreden en voor herhaling vatbaar.
