On the ground floor, there is a spacious and bright lounge area with comfortable and luxurious furnishings, leading to the garden and terrace. Additionally, there is a dining room that also provides access to the terrace. You will also find a large playroom equipped with a home cinema system. One of the rooms on this level features a French bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm) and an exit to the terrace. The kitchen area is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, three induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and a supply of coffee capsules (Nespresso/Special T). It also includes a bar, dining table, and a flat-screen TV. There is a shower and a separate toilet on this level.

On the upper floor, you will find a children's room with two sets of bunk beds (2 x 2 beds, each 90 cm wide and 190 cm long). There is also a large room with a French bed (1 x 180 cm, length 200 cm), a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet.
