Contact us regarding long term winter ski rental! Just 5 miles to Terry Peak! Our Western themed Lead condominium has all the amenities of home--adjustable Queen bed, dishwasher, Roku TV, under sink disposal, well-stocked kitchen, baseboard heating and portable AC. Come spend some time close to everything in the Black Hills --Deadwood, 5 miles from Terry Peak Skiing, hiking, ATV trails, wildlife, local breweries and so much more! Laundry facilities are on site. The unit is on the back of the building. There is no balcony or front facing view.

Just right!
Communication with the owner was great, questions answered quickly and good information given for check in /check out and surrounding area, ie: groceries, places to eat out, etc. Condo was nicely decorated and felt welcoming, clean. The couches and bed were comfortable. Location was a plus for us, close enough to the things we wanted to explore. This condo was just right!

Felt like home!
I grew up in Lead SD and needed a home base while visiting family and friends. This was the perfect choice for me-meticulously clean condo, pictures are 100% accurate. Easy to check in and communicate with host. The weather was very warm but the first floor unit stayed so cool I didn't even have to run the a/c. Highly recommend if you're looking for a quiet comfortable stay!

Enjoyed our stay! Kitchen is fully stocked with the appliances, pots, pans, etc. you need to cook your own food. They also have filtered water so great to fill your water bottles. Bed was adjustable (you can raise your bed or feet) and super comfortable. Water pressure was solid as well. Appreciate this cozy spot - and for the price it was ideal! We came to run the Deadwood Mickelson Trail Half Marathon/Marathon, so we will definitely be looking to stay here again next year.

My wife and I stayed at the property from 9/28/23 to 10/1/23. It was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. It served as a perfect place to relax in the evenings after exploring the Black Hills. Property was very warm and inviting. Parking was a little issue. Overalll everything was great! We stayed busy the whole time and at the end of the day it was nice to return to the condo, cook supper and head to bed to get ready for the next days activities! Highly recommend staying here
