Wonderful stay!
This cozy cottage was everything we hoped it would be and more. We loved the train running by, it added to the Christmas magic. Very clean and had everything we needed, we enjoyed the hot tub and armoire of board games. The only negative was the shower pressure was a little light, but overall a small detail and we were very happy with our stay. We will definitely be returning!

Cold shower and low pressure was a deal breaker
We couldn’t get a hot shower. Ran cold after two minutes. The tub spout diverter is broken. Couldn’t give kids a bath either cause there wasn’t a drain plug. This was a huge negative for my wife and daughters. I washed my hair in the sink which was ok. No issue getting hot water from the sink. The parking is under fir trees so the car was covered in a fine mist of sap after two nights. Don’t bring a nice vehicle or wash immediately. There were tvs but Wi-Fi is 2mb so only one person can browse internet at a time and we could not stream shows. Picture kept going in and out. Not horrible cause not there for tv but listing is a little misleading. Hot tub was nice. Kitchen was also perfect for our needs. We would not recommend staying here as there are plenty of better options in this area.

Great getaway
This was a great getaway location. Crisp fall weather allowed us to enjoy the amenities. Just a few safety issues inside the cabin but other than that, it was wonderful. We’d stay here again.

Our Stay at Nason Creek Cabin
This was a cozy little cabin located next to another cabin, however it was surrounded by trees and bushes which gave it plenty of privacy. Everything was well cared for and worked properly.

Bed bugs and a broken hot tub
The hot tub leaked water. I contacted the service company and they told me to turn it off. Someone would come out to look at it after our stay was over. My girlfriend also had what looked like bed bug bites on her arms and legs.

Could have been cleaned!
The location was about 20 minutes outside of Leavenworth, which was what we wanted. It was the perfect size for our group of 4. We were disappointed with the cleanliness. The washing machine was full of gross, dirty towels. Which left the cabin with no dish towels or hand towels. There was no laundry soap, so we couldn’t wash them. The glass on the French doors were filthy. And there were a lot of cob webs. the propane had been left on for the grill - so the propane tank was empty. We called to report all of this and were told a work order had been placed and someone would be out as soon as possible to take care of the issues. No one ever came. So it was a bit disappointing.

Outdated horrible house
Showed up a little before check-in, put the code and in door and it looked as if someone was in the middle of cleaning. No number to call had to search email, every note around the house, no number to call to contact someone. After an hour of looking and waiting on the phone to contact someone, I finally cleaned the fridge so our food would not spoil. 2 hours of waiting after arrival, one hour after contacting someone a cleaning girl came. My family waited outside as she called, which was not the cleaning services I was expecting in the middle of a pandemic. I do not believe the sheets where changed so I washed all the bedding for my family. Exposed wires around the house. Broken VHS player. Broken toaster. No cleaning supplies, besides bleach. Dust on everything. Cob webs everywhere. Beds needs to be updated, not comfortable at all! Yard. Trash all over the place. Over grown weeds. Ladder laying down on the side as a tripping hazard. Hottub. Was not even full. Was not even heated. No hose to fill it up so my family as I was finish cleaning bedding, has to fill the Hot tub with water pot by pot by pot. This house was not the home away from home at all!

Mostly great
We really enjoyed our stay. It was well equipped & nice location! It was very clean on check in and we were pleased. Couple things that would have been good to know (my bad for not fully paying attention too): there is NO WiFi. I just assumed it would since everything does these days. Service was a bit spotty but we got by. The stairs are really narrow and a little interesting to get up because of the narrow step and curve. Not super big deal, just something to note. The one issue we had was the difference in VRBO listing and Vacasa listing. It was confusing to learn the house is managed or owned by a different company so my emails, payment, communication went through them. VRBO messaging was not utilized and it wasn’t easy to communicate (even after downloading the vacasa app). The check out time listed on VRBO was different than what they told me. And calling wasn’t the easiest as I sat on hold for quite a long time trying to get it figured out. I also sent a few messages and neither were returned (phone call or message/email), so we never got a clear answer on when check out was supposed to be. Overall though the house itself was great. The sign on the road made it much easier to find as it’s definitely tucked away! The hottub was great, the porch/fireplace were great! It would definitely be somewhere we’d consider staying again in the future, especially now that we are aware of any issues.

Great little cabin!
Our little family had such a wonderful time here! The cabin is adorable, clean and had everything we needed! Our kids were so excited to see all of the awesome games they provided for us, and thought sleeping up in the loft was the best thing ever! We also loved that it’s just a quick walk down to the creek. We would definitely stay here again - perfect little forest retreat!

Perfect cabin for our young family
We enjoyed our stay at this perfect, well equipped cabin. The beds were comfortable and there was more than enough space. It felt very safe for our young children. The hot tub was awesome. The proximity to hiking, swimming and Leavenworth was wonderful. The cabin was spotlessly clean. Be aware if you are a light sleeper, this is very close to train tracks and they rattle things around a bit. There weren't very many trains passing through during our stay and it was still much quieter than our city home.

Wonderful Holiday Break
We spent a wonderful week of Thanksgiving reading by the fire, making puzzles, and cooking up wonderful food. The cabin was clean and cozy, and the hot tup was a daily bonus. There was ample hot water and good water pressure. This place has a wonderful personality. Having grown up skiing and going to cabins in the woods in the '70, this took me back to my childhood. It felt like it belonged to someone who loved their cabin. The kitchen was well stocked - with three ways to make coffee. There were lots of towels, extra blankets, and the fireplace is hard working if not a little finicky. You will need to bring your own firewood. The kitchen seems like it was recently updated - the cabinets are beautiful - and stocked with plenty of cooking tools. The location is very convenient, but is not completely isolated, with highway, power lines and train tracks close by. The train is right across the creek and runs a couple times a day. It is not loud or disruptive and since we love trains it was a nice element. The setting is overall peaceful. The only thing keeping it from an overall rating of 5 stars is the comfort of the furniture. The couch is not a napping couch, but works for sitting and watching movies. As we were packing up i lifted the couchin to reveal a bounty of blankets and comforters - wished had found that earlier. Half the beds are comfortable but none are as good as home - as you wold expect form a rental. We slept upstairs in the loft because the . best bed was there. The bedroom bed was hard, one step above sleeping on the box spring.

Little cabin in the woods
Our first impression to get to the cabin, it was a hidden entrance and took us a minute to figure out how to get to the cabin. When we came to the entry to come inside, the trash can was overflowing and there was Mountain Dew boxes next to the trash can and trash around the entry. The cabin inside was fairly clean however we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping upstairs due to the spiderwebs being all over the ceilings and extended down the walls. You do hear the train a few times at night and few times during the day. The best part of the cabin was the hot tub! It was fully functioning and was amazing to just relax.

Lots of Problems
First thing, my brother-in-law went to lay on his bed and it immediately broke. Then we noticed when we were fixing it (the two boards that hold up the mattress came undone) we discovered a used diaper. The youngest person there was 14 so it definitely wasn’t from us. Lastly, the hot tub didn’t work at all. Water was luke warm so we called and asked for it to be fixed and were told it should be hot by morning. We were leaving in the morning so it didn’t matter if it heated up or not by then. Overall, it was okay, just very stressful and inconvenient when it should’ve been a relaxing stay.

Fun area and cabin, however, poor housekeeping. We had to clean floors and cabin before our stay.
Overall the cabin was mostly as advertised. Unfortunately upon arrival the floors were very dirty and overall housekeeping was poor. We spent almost an hour cleaning up before letting the kids crawl around and play. Also had to pick up more toilet paper as there was no more to be found. There was no garbage can or dumpster to be found either. Last thing is that a better write up of instructions as to where things are and what should be done upon departure would be very helpful to guests.

Childhood cabin feel
Kids loved the loft where they slept/played. The creek just a short walk away was awesome to play in since weather was hot when we went. No a/c in cabin but we stayed comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen and lots of movies and games. The beds are ok. I think the cabin could have been cleaner - lots of cob webs (but you are in the mountains/forested area I suppose). Overall, we had a memorable family getaway!

Cozy cabin
My family of five stayed here for four days and absolutely loved it! The size was perfect! The upstairs is very spacious with three queen size beds and one queen size down stairs in its own room. The house has everything you need for a little cabin get away! There is a big cabinet with tons of board games and movies. They have a propane bbq and fire pit along with a wood burning fire pit that we enjoyed. We can’t wait to stay there again!

Great little cabin
Great little cabin with a few new renovations. The cabin is situated about 25 minutes outside of Leavenworth right on the Nason creek. It is on a quiet street with a handful of other cabins. We visited in May, so the creek was really high and relatively fast. As an FYI, across the creek is a set of train tracks, the trains didn’t bother us but you can hear them periodically (no horn blowing though). The cabin itself was well kept and appears to have had some recent updates. It has a rustic feel. The back deck was nice to sit out on the warm evenings. There is propane fire table and a fire pit out in the back part of the property. We didn’t use the wood burning fireplace inside, but it looks like it would be super cozy in the colder months! Overall our family of four had an excellent mini vacation, and would stay again!
