We called ahead to request neighboring rooms since we were traveling with friends. The hotel assured us that they would accommodate this request, but upon arrival, we were placed on different floors instead. The front desk staff was extremely rude and dismissive, making no effort to resolve the issue. It was a disappointing experience, but on a positive note, they do have good breakfast options.

A Wonderful Stay
Everyone at this hotel makes sure you see smiles on their faces. They really seem to be happy at their jobs. And, that happiness translates into a pleasurable stay, from the breakfast, to the room cleanliness, to the soft, luxurious towels. And, of course, it's also about location, location, location. No driving back and forth from Wenatchee and then paying to parl. No, just park your car, check in and walk everywhere.

Loved the facility and service! The complimentary breakfast was so delicious every morning and common areas were well kept. Loved the convenience of being within easy walking distance of downtown Leavenworth, making it easy to make multiple trips each day as needed.

Overall the room was nice and clean. Easy access to the parking lot and a short walking distance to town. The bathroom was a little small but the shower was nice. The breakfast was good and the staff was really friendly.

This property was amazing, I don't understand the bad ratings it has previously received. The beds were soft, the breakfast was hot and lasted from 7am-10am! The hot tub and pool were very clean. It's very convenient and has free parking. Great views from the balcony ! I'll be staying here every time I visit Leavenworth ! Best prices in town. There's also free hot coco, apple juice, orange juice, and water !

Very reasonably priced and a good breakfast. They helped us check in early when we tried to beat the storm over the pass. Enjoyed the hot tub after hiking and snow shoeing.

I called and spoke with a nice man who placed us in a joining rooms so the grand baby had more room to run. The front desk told us where we could see the parade the best, and with cocoa and cookies.
