This home is situated in a fantastic location with ample space for a family to gather and create memories that remain a colorful part of your lifelong 'story'.

The kitchen itself is wide open, bright, and spacious with a 6-burner gas range and 2 ovens and plenty of prep space so that all of the cooks in your group can come together and compose scrumptious meals that will excite each of your guests. Whether seated indoors at the dining table or out of doors and around the pool, all your guests will appreciate the fruits of your culinary efforts.

This home is adorned with a private seasonal 'motel' sized swimming pool. An ideal location for sunny days of lounging on or beside the pool, resting confidently in the knowledge that the youngsters are secured in a private fenced yard, while you are relaxed and sipping from a 'pitcher' of your own creations.

The main floor offers a 'mudroom entry' into the laundry room with full size washer and dryer and an extra refrigerator along with a guest bathroom. This floor also provides a master bedroom, with a queen bed, a set of twin bunkbeds and 5-piece en suite master bath which includes soaking tub. Ascend to the second floor where you will find 3 private bedrooms, 2 of which offer a queen bed, then a third private room with 2 queen and two twin beds. These three bedrooms each have their own bathroom with shower. A common open space on that same level offers 2 additional twin beds and a place for the little’s to watch TV and hang out.

Close to the quaint town of Plain, you might want to slip away to the nearby 'Plain Winery' and tasting room for a simple evening out and be sure to stop by the famous "Plain Hardware" for an espresso and some fabulous trinkets to remember your trip by.

This family style home has lots of room to play and is the perfect home base for your visit to our beautiful area.

Please be prepared along with your guests who are driving separate for this driveway during winter months as there is ice/snow on the ground and a 4WD/AWD vehicle with traction tires are necessary AND carrying chains is recommended.

While we do our best to keep this driveway plowed and sanded, winter conditions can change rapidly and make both access to and from this driveway challenging and we cannot guarantee its condition upon your arrival at any time. We are subject to the subcontractor and the Chelan County plows who service this driveway and our county roads so please pack your patience along with following the recommendations below if you choose to book.

Wonderful weekend with the gals
Wonderful girls weekend out of town! The space was large enough for us to all have room to spread out. Kitchen was a dream. Pool was PERFECT, as was hot tub. 10 minutes from Plain and 25 from Leavenworth. The host was easy to get in touch with, super responsive. We would totally stay there again!

Fun week away!
This house was perfect for our get away. The pool was the highlight for sure. Kitchen was well equipped. Decor does need some updates but we loved our time. I could sit on the wrap around front porch all day enjoying the deer, wild turkeys and other critters.

House with 4+ bedrooms. 4 1/2 bathrooms. Large kitchen. Long table for dining. Nice fenced in pool varying from about 3 feet to 8 feet deep. Heated in season to 80 degrees. Propane fire pit did not work, propane BBQ did not heat evenly, one propane bottle was empty. Hot tub available but we didn't use it. Two TVs with good selection of apps for adults and kids. Lots of towels for swimming. Washer and dryer. Two nice refrigerators, however, neither oven worked well. No instructions provided for range/oven or firepit. Largest bedroom on second floor (2 queens and 2 twins) had no curtains so got light very early in the morning and leading to children awaking much earlier than desired. NW Comfy Cabins was very hard to communicate with and closed early July 3rd so no coverage for firepit issues even after the holiday.

Girls weekend get-a-way
It was a wonderful house for a girls weekend get-a-way to celebrate my sister who is getting married the following weekend. The beds were comfortable and it was nice having on-suites with showers for each of the 4 bedrooms, the kitchen and living areas were spacious for gathering. We loved using the pool, hot tub, fire pit and BBQ. The surrounding area was beautiful and peaceful. We visited a nearby winery. Only downside was it takes a while to get into downtown Leavenworth, about 30 min. Thanks for a great weekend!

Perfect getaway for young families!
We loved the Family Cabin. It had almost everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were well-maintained, and the kitchen was well-stocked. There were four portable A/C units, so even in the July heat, we had a cool place for some downtime. Our group was 7 adults and four children, and each family had their own room and bathroom, which was amazing. We had a great time! We'll be booking for next year for sure.

Large House near Leavenworth
Great for large group with couples. All the rooms have en suite baths. Hot tub and pool were very nice. We drove into Leavenworth every day, about 30 minutes away.

Nice house for a girls vacation
Property was spacious and very clean. The house was well stocked and provided everything that we needed. The main floor was updated though the upstairs bedrooms have not been updated but everything was very clean. The pool has seen better days and is situated near trees that dropped debris. We needed to clean often. but this did not stop us from enjoying it. Overall this house was very enjoyable.

Beautiful Home in Downtown Leavenworth
This property is beautiful, well maintained, and stocked with all the essentials. We were originally booked for a different property, but the day of arrival the hot tub wasn't working so the property manager offered us the choice of this property or another one. The house is beautifully decorated and in a stunning area of the surrounding mountainside.

Family Cabin was a beautiful property - I can only imagine how amazing it is in the summertime! The only tricky part was the fireplace in the living room - we had to youtube a few things to get it working. Other than that it was well equipped, clean, and a great spot for a winter getaway.

Perfect Family Getaway
A perfect property to spend with your family. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and still has a bunch of beds leftover! We stayed over Thanksgiving weekend and enjoyed every last bit of that hot tub and are excited at the idea of spending a summer weekend in and out of that pool! The kitchen was amazing and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, we prepared Thanksgiving dinner in 4 hours! The oven can be touchy, but it's a little older so you just have to adjust the racks. Speaking of fully stocked, you can find everything from cleaning supplies, vacuums, towels, and so many extra blankets (and quality ones at that). They also have mini shampoos and conditioners in each of the many bathrooms. The app made everything so simple and seamless and I look forward to not only staying here again, but also with nw comfy cabins again!

Labor Day weekend
I want to start by saying that we have had a wonderful time at the Family Cottage. The location is serene and peaceful, the pool is priceless for kids in such hot weather, the kitchen is outstanding and fully equipped , and the entire property is structured around family time. It’s really nice. And that’s why we think it’s fantastic! However, sharing some insight might be fair...For the amount of paperwork we had to fill out and contracts to sign, it seemed like we were about to check into a 5 star resort. The cabin is “rustic” not in the sense of “cool cabin in the woods built in a country style”. It is just...“rustic“ as in “old“. The place is rocking some serious 70s style: carpets everywhere, including kitchen and bathrooms, carpet is a dark green color in the living room and kitchen. Given just this fact, it is hard to imagine it being properly Maintained and cleaned at no fault of the property management! Nobody in the world can maintain clean carpets when they are in such high use and soil potential areas like kitchen. The house does not have a central AC, rather some individual rooms are being cooled off by small portable units. For example, kitchen and bedrooms do not have an AC, rather an oscillating fan: it simply doesn’t cut it. It was hot, and it was tough to sleep. If property management would consider making one investment, I would suggest investing in a central AC given that temperatures in this area go up very high. The grounds around the cabin are left to be “natural”: it’s clean, and the grass is cut, but it’s simply not what one would expect driving up to the property of this cost. On top of that, the last night the fire alarm decided to start going off aka notifying us about low batteries. As you can imagine, it happens usually at 2 am. And it did. It went off twice during the night, and once we took out the batteries it just kept beeping every few seconds, all night long and until we left. You would say “it cannot be prevented”, but I would argue that: we all have those alarms and we all hate them going off at night every 2 years. So we all schedule a time every year to replace them so this can be prevented by staying on top of it. This seemed like a pretty big miss because it created a significantly unfortunate situation: none of us ended up sleeping before making a drive back to the West Side. Overall, we had a great time and are grateful that management was responsive, flexible and easy to work with. Thank you!

Loved this private property for our family vacation! The kitchen was amazing and having a bathroom in every bedroom was terrific. Loved the outdoor spaces especially the pool and the front porch to sit and have coffee in the morning. Having the fence around the pool made all the difference with our little ones. Communication with property managers was great! Thank you!
