Pool looked like it wasnt serviced very well.
Very comfortable bed. The pillows were the most comfortable. Better than most hotels, . My niece was disappointed that the pool looked a bit murky so she didnt use it.

Tried to check in at 9 PM. No one showed up at front desk for 10 minutes despite ringing the bell several times. I even tried looking behind the desk only to be greeted by a barking dog. I have never experienced this at any other hotel before. Otherwise, the hotel stay was very nice.

I thought the digital key was to avoid the front desk. But I had to go to the front desk anyway to show ID and then never was asked for ID. So I’m not sure what the big hype was about digital key, I did not get to bypass front desk. Big whoop.
