Slow check in
At check in there was a group in front of us who had no idea what they were doing. The people behind the desk should have opened up a 2nd line to deal with every one else. The reception area was also under construction.

This is an older motel but it has been updated nicely. The bathroom had all new fixtures and the shower was great. Service at checkin and checkout was rapid and courteous.

The hotel has a bad odor, the bedding was dirty, our room's TV, Phone and Safe were not operational. It's too bad because the location is great and easy access to anywhere in the area. We had to book something last minute and unfortunately we had no other choices even when we arrived the other hotels were still booked.

Do not stay here do not stay here. The pictures do not match the rooms .... I'm really not sure how they even got away with this. There were people doing drugs in the parking lot There were women walking around in thongs.. The manager was literally asleep in the office. Had to Bang on the window for him to get up. Got to the room. It was so disgusting trash and food and just dirtiness all over the walls in the looked at the room turned around went back to the office, told him I cannot stay here. He told me that Expedia will give me my money back.. Come to find out he was supposed to give me my money back. Expedia was very understanding and I sent them videos and pictures of the room.And they gave me my money back. This place is literally a health hazard. After. This place we went to a truck stop and slept in the car.

The reason for not a better rating. When we walked into our room you instantly could tell that the room had been smoked in and housekeeping tried to remove the odor but were unable. We mentioned it to the manager and he came in with a spray bottle and sprayed, and did not offer an other room. It was late and I was scheduled for surgery early the next day so we stayed. But will not be a choice for us in the future.

First, the personnel are very nice. However, the property is pretty run down and needs an upgrade to everything. We were there from Wednesday - Sunday and they didn't clean our room once even though we asked them twice. Therefore, the property is overpriced.

Great place to stay in Lebanon NH.
Was looking for a place to overnight while in New England. This place was very nice and at a great price. Room was large with a walkin shower. Nice not having to step into a tub. Staf was friendly & helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
