Description:


Built in 2019, we offer for rental, a small cozy nest of 53 m². With a garden and private parking, it will be ideally suited for two people and two children maximum. Located in the town of Porto-Vecchio, its calm and wooded environment will bring you peace and relaxation. Finally, due to its location, the city center is only 5 km away and the first beaches of Cala Rossa, San Ciprianu and many others are 6.5 km away.

The air-conditioned accommodation consists of:

From a main room with a sitting area: sofa with 140 X 190 bed, kitchen units containing all the crockery, flat screen and low sideboard. In addition, the kitchen is fully equipped: freezer-fridge, induction cooker and pyrolysis oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.
A bathroom, with a walk-in shower, toilet and sink, a low cabinet and a hairdryer.
One bedroom: 160X200 bed, large wall cabinet with shelves and wardrobe, iron and ironing board.

modernes Haus mit Pool
Haus ist drei Jahre alt. Folienpool defekt, Falten im Boden, konnte aber genutzt werden, Reparatur nach der Saison geplant. Wasserstand war drei Tage zu niedrig, dadurch Luft im System was nachts zu hören war. Hausservice reagierte sehr langsam. Poolservice kommt einmal die Woche, etwas wenig bei dem Dreck der sich ansammelt. Leute aber sehr freundlich. Ausstattung des Hauses sehr gut, war alles vorhanden und funktionierte auch. Insgesamt empfehlenswert.

Nous avons passé une super semaine. La villa est au top. Nous avons plus que profité de la piscine (chauffée à 28) en fin de journée après la plage. Fiona est très gentille et réactive à toutes demandes. Location qu'on garde sous le coude pour l'année prochaine

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette villa avec piscine chauffée, elle est bien équipée, tout était au top ! Seul bémol la piscine n’avait pas été nettoyée, des feuilles et petits insectes s’étaient accumulés au fond le piscine...
