Ideally located in the immediate vicinity of the most beautiful beaches of St Cyprien (800 meters), Cala Rossa, Benedettu, Pinarello, Palombaggia in small family residence of standing, secure (digicode, guard) with beautiful pool, located 6 km town center of Porto Vecchio, at the roundabout of Cala Rossa, T3 in ground garden planted with trees and full of light, without vis-a-vis, with garden and covered terrace, 2 bedrooms, sleeps 4-6 people, all comfort (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, Weber gas barbecue, deck chairs, WiFi Internet, TV, HiFi ...), each piece is individually air conditioned. Private parking. Beaches walking distance by the maquis, Shops on foot in summer.

Great facilities and location. The pool is open from April 1 to October 31, the accommodation is available all year round. During your stay, a sitter is present on site.

Nous avons passé un bon momentàa Cala Rossa, à decouvrir les randonnées et criques.le seul bemole est la proximité de la route bruyante et le quack du portail fermé sans que nous ayons le code. La maison est acceuillante et la terrase dort agreable. Merci

Les vacances aux jardins d'Alzetu

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung in guter Lage
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt gut. Bäcker und Strand sind jeweils in 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur lief via WhattsApp sehr gut, aber leider ausschließlich auf französisch. Am Pool gibt es leider weder Liegen noch Sonnenschirme und das Wasser aus der Dusche am Pool roch bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr unangenehm. Ansonsten war der Pool super. Unser einziges echtes Problem waren die Mücken, die leider sehr zahlreich und zu allen Tages- und Nachtzeiten sehr aktiv waren.

Top Unterkunft mit mini Mängel
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, super und ruhige Lage und uns hat der Straßenlärm nicht gestört. In der Nähe gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den schnellen Bedarf. Der Pool ist der Hammer! Die Sauberkeit kann man grundsätzlich nicht so beurteilen, da die Mieter ja auch selbst putzen können und dann kommt es drauf an, wie diese es erledigt haben. Wir konnten den Grill z.B. nicht nutzen, da dieser so übel aussah und wir nicht eingesehen hatten, diesen zu reinigen. Bei der Dusche ist die Halterung kaputt, dass sie sicherlich bald reparieren lassen. Bei der Terrasse muss man aufpassen, wenn man Karten spielt, denn unten ist es hohl und uns ist eine Karte durch die Ritze der Holzplatten verloren gegangen. Was schön wäre, wenn der Vermieter an den Schlafzimmern einen Fliegengitter anbringen würde, denn die Mücken dort sind echt lästig.

Nous avons passé deux semaines cet été dans cette location Cela s’est plutôt bien passé mais nous avons noter deux choses assez importantes L accès plage précisé dans l annonce n existe plus. Je trouve pas normal que l annonce ne soit pas modifié et corrigé… Et nous avons choisi de faire le ménage de départ nous meme mais aucun produits ménagers de présent dans la location… Accueil au top et proches des plages du sud ce qui est appréciable

Toll ausgestattete Unterkunft mit schönem Pool
Wir haben den Urlaub genossen. Die Zimmer und die Ausstattung der Wohnung waren super. So auch der schöne Pool Einzige Kritikpunkte: 1) der zur Verfügung gestellte Grill war zwar ein Weber aber massiv verdreckt und hat gestunken. Das geht mit kleinem Aufwand besser 2) die Holzlatten um den Pool waren mit Schrauben befestigt die entweder zu kurz oder für den Einsatz nicht geeignet waren. Viele Schrauben standen aus dem Holz raus was eine hohe Verletzungsgefahr birgt 3) die Zimmer an der Straße sind leider sehr laut. Bereits früh morgens rollt hier der Verkehr und es wird laut. Abgesehen von der drei Punkten: danke für schönen Aufenthalt.

Séjour parfait !
Nous souhaitions profiter des plages du Sud corse en famille.. ce fut le cas… Des moments très agréables, sans soucis: l’accueil le samedi soir, l’appartement en rez de jardin très fonctionnel et agréable et surtout la Corse et les corses. Bref, nous reviendrons c’est sûr… Ah oui j’oubliai la piscine de la résidence, le soir, le matin, en fonction de l’agenda …un pur plaisir!! Merci!!! A bientôt !!

Nous avons passés une agréable semaine, le logement est très bien équipé et la piscine est parfaite (petit bémol il n’y a pas de transats). En revanche La propreté de l’appartement laisse à désirer (réfrigérateur sale, terrasse et douche avec du sable…) Malheureusement le sentier pédestre qui mène à la plage comme indiqué sur l’annonce n’existe plus. Comptez donc 20 minutes à pieds pour aller à la plage en suivant des routes assez passagères.

Appartement en trés bon état et bien aménagé pour une petite famille. 2 piscines dans la résidence et plages à proximité (prévoir voiture tout de même). Rien à dire si ce n'est la proximité de la route qui amène du bruit

Nous avons loué pour 4 pendant les vacances de la Toussaint. Location très bien équipée, tout confort et spacieuse. Seuls petits bémols : la proximité de la route générant un peu de bruit et l’accès piéton à la plage devenu interdit. Néanmoins, nous recommandons ce logement car super rapport qualité-prix. La communication et l’accueil ont été également parfaits.

Appartement de standing en rdc, avec jolie terrasse et piscine, proche de tout.
Nous recommandons cette location, en tout point conforme à la description. Très fonctionnelle, parfaitement équipée, spacieuse, dans une résidence calme avec piscine. Idéalement située, à proximité des plages de Corse du Sud, et des montagnes de l'Alta Rocca. L'accueil et le départ ont été gérés avec efficacité et professionnalisme par Sandrine. Nous reviendrons.
