Very close to the bay of Saint-Cyprien, this small private domain has 4 completely independent villas, in the heart of a rich and fragrant nature.
This villa has been designed to offer you an enchanting stay in Corsica.
In a flowery setting, it is laid out as follows :

- On the ground floor, a spacious living room opens onto a large fully-equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, 3-burner induction hob, oven and dishwasher), an utility room with storage space and washing machine, and a guest toilet.

- The living room has a large bay window that opens onto a vast covered terrace for outdoor dining, facing the maquis. There is also a refreshing outdoor shower.

- Upstairs, 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms sleep 6, each with its own bathroom.

Excellent séjour
Corinne et Bruno sont très disponibles et soucieux du bien être de leurs vacanciers. Ils nous ont donné d’excellents conseils sur les randonnées et les restaurants des environs. La maison, le jardin magnifique et la piscine sont très bien entretenus. Aucun vis à vis avec les autres locations, c’est top. Nous recommandons vivement ce bel endroit très calme. Encore merci à Corinne et Bruno pour leur gentillesse et leur accueil.

Magnifique sejour
Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel chez Corinne et Bruno ! La maison était d’une propreté impeccable, et on s’y sentait comme chez soi dès notre arrivée. Le jardin est tout simplement magnifique, avec un boulodrome qui a fait la joie de toute la famille et, bien sûr, une grande piscine chauffée où nous avons passé des moments mémorables. Corinne et Bruno ont été des hôtes attentionnés et généreux en conseils, avec de précieuses recommandations de visites et de restaurants locaux qui ont rendu notre séjour encore plus spécial. Nous repartons avec de superbes souvenirs et nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Merci encore !

Eine ruhige Oase in Strandnähe, toller Pool, modernes Haus mit Klima
Der Aufenthalt hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Richtig tolles Haus mit allem was man braucht. Der Pool war super, wunderschöner Garten, die schönsten Strände ganz in der Nähe, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und trotzdem ist man ganz für sich.

Magnifique séjour !
Superbes vacances à Lecci. La location est bien placée près mer et montagne. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et donnent de précieux conseils sur les choses à faire / visiter. La location est très bien faite agencée et équipée avec terrasse, bbq… la piscine très agréable! Sans hésiter nous reviendrons !

Wir waren Ende Juli mit unseren drei Kindern 13/13/7 im größeren Haus von Dreien und alles war wundervoll. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war einfach, schnell und sehr herzlich. Das Haus hat alles geboten was wir brauchen und es hat an wirklich nichts gefehlt. Gastgeber, Haus, Ausstattung, Betten, Garten, Pool, Sauberkeit, Atmosphäre. Alles eine 10 von 10!!!! Vielen Dank an Corrine und Bruno.

A little paradiese

La maison est super,bien équipée ,propre, au calme. Même si il y a plusieurs locations ,tout est bien arboré pour se sentir dans un petit cocon isolé. La piscine est très agréable et bien entretenue. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles. Merci pour ce super séjour!

Wir (Familie mit drei Kindern) waren begeistert von dem Häuschen in der liebevoll gepflegten Anlage. In dem stilvollen Haus mit Sonnenterrasse befand sich alles, was man braucht. Auf dem Gelände gibt es einen tollen Pool, den wir gerne genutzt haben. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken. Sehr schöne Strände sind in der Umgebung aber auch Wanderungen oder einen Ausflug nach Bonifacio sind von dem Haus sehr gut möglich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Anlage weiter empfehlen. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit!

Wauw! We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf. Corinne is een goede gastvrouw en spreekt goed Engels. Een prachtige tuin met zwembad en Jeu de boule baan. Bij het huis ruimte om te relaxen, buiten te eten en alles nieuw en schoon. Een aanrader om te boeken.

Corinne hat ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus, das allen Ansprüchen gerecht wird. Es ist vor Ort alles vorhanden, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Corinne ist sehr nett und hilft immer weiter. Die Umgebung ist toll und die Anlage sehr gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Villa au top !
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Corinne et Bruno. Les villas sont situées derrière leur maison, dans un magnifique environnement, hyper bien aménagé d’arbres et plantes donnant une ambiance tropicale. L’agencement permet une réelle intimité. Le confort est également au rendez-vous, tant dans la villa que nous occupions que sur sa terrasse ou encore à la piscine partagée de la résidence. Les villas, l’aménagement et les équipements sont récents, de bonne qualité et bien réfléchis. La résidence se situe dans un quartier résidentiel tranquille, à quelques kilomètres de plusieurs des plus belles plages de la Corse du Sud. Une belle épicerie Spar, une boucherie et une boulangerie sont accessibles à 5 minutes en voiture. Nous recommandons sans hésitation !

Une location au top, des propriétaires humains et généreux
Nous qui avons l'habitude louer des maisons, c'est certainement une des meilleures expériences vécues. Tout d'abord, Corinne et Bruno sont très très sympathiques et très accueillants. Ils connaissent bien la région et sont de très bons conseils et cela permet de cibler les visites et organiser le voyage au mieux. Ensuite, le lieu, est bien situé, au calme et leur propriété est très fleuries, un beau petit havre de paix et de sérénité, vraiment !. La maison est très bien agencé et les équipements sont au top, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, ne reste plus qu'a poser sa valise. Ah oui, c'est le must de la propreté, on ne peut pas faire mieux. Das Haus ist neu, ruhig gelegen, sehr gepflegt und komfortabel ausgestattet (Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer, Waschmaschine). Den schönen Pool teilt man sich mit 2 weiteren Ferienwohnungen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Der Fußweg zum Strand (St. Ciprianu) ist ca. 25 min. lang. Schöner fanden wir den Strand Pinella (10 min. Autofahrt). Wenn man ein Haus wünscht, in dem man sich aufhalten kann, können wir das Haus sehr empfehlen.

La struttura è molto ben curata e riservata. Ben attrezzata ottima per una vacanza relax. Ben posizionata logisticamente per le spiagge e per l’interno della Corsica Corinne e Bruno molto gentili ed accoglienti, molto attenti ai dettagli dell’appartamento e delle esigenze degli ospiti. Ottimi HOST 👏 bravi!! Un appunto per la piattaforma che gestisce le pagine del sito VRBO in quanto la traduzione dell’offerta completa in italiano non riporta alcune specifiche e costi (pulizia finale e biancheria bagno) che devono essere ben specificate in quanto incidono sul costo totale. Rivedete la traduzione e controllate ogni volte che apportate delle modifiche, è un attenzione per il cliente indispensabile

Magnifique séjour proche de Porto-Vecchio
Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans la villa de Corinne et Bruno. La maison est très bien équipée, très propre et très bien située pour decouvrir le sud de la Corse. L'espace piscine et le jardin sont magnifiques. L'accueil des propriétaires est très chaleureux et ils sont de bon conseil pour partager des activités adaptées. Leur seul but est que leurs hôtes passent de bonnes vacances. Merci pour ce super séjour. Nous reviendrons volontiers pour nos prochaines vacances en Corse.

Ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub"
Wir haben das Ferienhaus für zwei Wochen gemietet und uns super wohl gefühlt. Wir waren zu fünft (Eltern + zwei Kinder+ Baby). Das Haus liegt zwischen Lecci und Porto Vecchio und ist als Ausgangspunkt zum Erreichen vieler Badebuchten in der Region, als auch zum Erreichen der Berge zum Wandern (und Baden in den kristallklaren Flüssen) ideal. 5/5* Obwohl man sich in einer Art " Mini-Ferienanlage" befindet (bestehend aus 3 Appartementwohnungen und dem Ferienhaus), bleibt die eigene Privatsphäre durch die Ausrichtung des Gartens und Hauses voll gewahrt. Das Haus ist eigentlich mit allen Dingen ausgestattet, die man im täglichen Leben so braucht. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet (Ofen, Induktionsherd, Mikro, Kühl-Gefrierkombination, Waschmaschine...). Weber Kugelgrill ist vorhaben (Kohle). Babybett war auch da. Ausreichend Duschen und WCs vorhanden. Unser persönliches Highlight war die Außendusche an der Terrasse. Die haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Auch der Poolbereich war tool. 5/5* (Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: ein Babystuhl für den Esstisch wäre noch wünschenswert) Alles ist super aufgeräumt und sauber. Die Ausstattung würden wir als (fast) neuwertig bezeichnen. 5/5* Die Vermieter Corinne und Bruno sind super sympathisch und sehr zuvorkommend. Man merkt, dass Sie viel Liebe ins Detail stecken. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt. 5/5* Schade, dass der Urlaub so schnell verflogen ist. Gerne wären wir länger geblieben.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer traumhaften Unterkunft
Wir , zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder durften eine Woche Urlaub in dem wunderbaren Anwesen von Corinne und Bruno verbringen. Das Haus ist neu und bietet ausreichend Platz für bis zu sechs Personen. Die Küche ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet und es war sogar ein Grill vorhanden. Der traumhaft angelegte Garten inkl. grosser, überdachter Terrasse bietet ausreichend Privatsphäre zur Entspannung. Der Gemeinschaftspool sowie die allg. Aussenanlage inkl. Bowle -Platz war auch perfekt angelegt. Ebenfalls enthält die Anlage einen privaten Parkplatz der in der Nacht abgeschlossen war.Die Lage ist sehr gut für Ausflüge Richtung Berge, Meer und Sightseeing. Corinne und Bruno waren sehr gute, angenehme Gastgeber , die uns gerne mit Ausflugstipps versorgten, die wir dankend annahmen,speziell die Tipps für Strände und Wandern waren hervorragend. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen, besonders auch mit Kindern und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Familienurlaub am Meer
Ein herrliches Haus mit tollem Pool und wunderschönem Garten, in dem die Kinder täglich Schildkröten beobachten konnten. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und stehen jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist ideal um diverse Strände, Städte (z.B. Bonifazio) oder auch das Hinterland zu erkunden. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
