Room quality is very good, with renovated rooms to a high standard. General atmosphere of the hotel is very good and convenient for shops. Parking is tight, but manageable, although there are limited spaces. Altogether a great experience. Radio playing as you enter room is a nice touch.

The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout The room had everything needed and was full of character Staff are very efficient and helpful Breakfast was good quality Excellent location but had to park on council car park The only downside was Sunday lunch which was tasteless and it took us 20 minutes to even get served with a drink

Poor facilities for disabled people, stairs and no lift, albeit a 15th centuary listed building. Helpful staff that assisted my mobility needs. Insufficient walk-in shower facilities, who uses a bath these days? Otherwise would happily recommend.

Great old coaching house.
Beautiful historic building, great room and bed, (creaky floors!). Excellent breakfast. Only complaint is on arrival the reception was unmanned and cafe staff completely blanked us when we asked for help. Other staff were excellent.

The hotel is full of charm and character and the staff are really friendly. The only disappointment was the shower which was really not strong enough.

Stunning hotel full of character. Room was lovely, only complaint was the bathroom wasn’t spotless, but clean enough that it didn’t put a damper on our stay and we loved Ledbury, so we would stay again. Some staff friendlier than others & dinner was lovely.

Hotel is in the middle of the town , has a very nice restaurant and bar , we had a lovely stay , if had to be negative the pressure in the shower wasn’t great , but the room was in character with the hotel and the bathroom is new and modern really nice
