No change of towels. For the next day stay . Or refill of the milk , put the breakfast in bed outside on the door before the time it said on the card. Didn’t get collected it was stay there when we woke up

I expected better from Holiday Inn
Room and bath filled with paint scrapings. so changed room. No TV in new room for first evening! Poor experience from a hotel thats supposed to have been upgraded from immigrant hotel for last few years.

Sadly the guest rooms are extremely tired. The bathroom was in need of a total re fit. Unwelcoming. Very limited hot water for the bath. Took an hour to fill and water not hit enough all this made for a very uncomfortable bath experience. We
