Great stay, great location, really comfy bed and really liked the twin room lots of space. Breakfast was good also. Staff really helpful and friendly. Would defo return could not fault it at all. Nice to take a coffee from the machine up to the room after shopping

Very friendly and helpful staff at the hotel and the car park beside the hotel which included a discount for hotel guests. Our room was both spacious and well laid out and exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of room for luggage etc., It is difficult to say anything negative about this hotel.

The perfect place to stay if you're in Leeds for an event at the First Direct Arena. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms neat and well laid out, and the hotel is in walking distance of the car park, arena, and city centre.

One night stay
Quick and efficient checkin. Hotel was clean. Room clean and comfortable bed. However only one cup in the room for tea/coffee when it as booked for a couple. Basic cooked breakfast but ran out of saussages, scrambled egg cold and bacon folded into little parcel shapes mking it hard. Only one chef on and he was also out clearing tables at times. Would find somewhere else for breakfast if I stayed again. There were cerials, cheese and meats for a continental option.

Lovely stay
Great location to shops and bars, good size room, very comfortable bed. Bathroom is quite small but nice walk in shower. The only downside to the bathroom, the toilet was too close to the wall so your leg was touching the toilet roll holder. Breakfast nice. Overall great hotel & late checkout

Excellent Stay
Had 2 rooms for me and my mum, sister and aunty. It was a first time hotel experience for my sister and aunty. Car park around the corner and only £10 for 24hrs. Unlimited coffees and hot chocolates at reception. Restaurant in the hotel which we did not use. Excellent location next to a shopping centre. Staff were amazing asked for extra towels and a glass with ice and nothing was too much for them.
