Cleaner knocked room door at 9am told her to come back,room then wasnt cleaned all day no toilet roll no clean towels.girl on desk had to bring towels and toilet roll to my room at 7oclock that evening breakfast cold and tasteless.

Great hotel in the centre of Leeds within walking distance of all major attractions, shops, bars and restaurants. Parking is probably the best in Leeds as associated with Citi Parks although can get busy if something on at the Arena.

Great location in the city centre

Great location, and so handy for all aspects of Leeds city centre. The place is spacious, clean, quiet and modern, and the staff are welcoming and helpful.

The room was a bit odd in its layout with a small window and concrete box feel but, the biggest issue was the panel in the ceiling with an annoyed geeen light shining all night into the room. Oh and the constant buzzing/whirring noise coming from it!! The staff were lovely and had changed my room for me on arrival to a ‘quieter’ one…

Payed for a king room with ‘king size’ bed . What I did get was 2 single beds pushed together ! Bed was uncomfortable and different height to other single bed . Was advised by manager just to put a complaint in as all the beds were the same . Didn’t realise they don’t supply hand towel for bathroom , even travel lodge give you hand towels

Modern hotel, great helpful satff. Nearby parking at a discounted rate. Avoid the breakfast, poor quality ingredients and poorly cooked....not worth £10. Would definitely stay again without the breakfast.

First Direct arena stop over

I was visiting the first direct area to watch Peter Kay , this hotel is very close. So a perfect location. Friendly checking in and friendly cleaning lady . The room had all that I needed for an evening stop over . With some added quirky decor . Only really negatives were TV buffered for a lengthy period and remote had a missing battery cover , the view from my room was a car park.

Lovely hotel and staff. Only criticism is that we were in a room for 2 people and only 2 towels. One towel per person not enough, should be minimum of one to dry the body and one to wrap the hair when washed.
