The host was excellent. Pre arrival communication and met at the location on arrival to explain the entrance and parking. Quiet location a short walk from the city centre. All basic amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. Clean linens provided.

Clean, quite and secure in a fantastic location

We stayed here for 3 weeks in a one bed and then a 2 bed apartment, both were fantastic. The hosts were helpful and flexible when we moved. The apartments are great, the building is clean, quiet and secure and in a fantastic location.

very clean and tidy accommodation, easy check in/ check out and good location, lift wasn’t working and there was a lot of stairs but these things happen, is something to keep in mind if you struggle with mobility though

Excellent location for city. Parking underneath in garage (charged). A home from home (well a bit smaller than our own, but you know what I mean;)). Lovely stay and will definitely stay again. Cheaper than hotels

Wonderful stay!

The apartment was beautiful, very clean, tidy and the bed was so comfortable! The communication was outstanding, I arrived late after a long drive yet that wasn’t a problem, the hosts were so understanding and very helpful! Check in was so easy and instructions and pics were great! The secure underground parking was great under the building, as I was alone it made me feel very safe. I was on business and definately would love to stay here every time I return! Fab overall! Thank you!

Great apartment great location

This was our first time here and we will definitely be back. The location was great 2 minutes from the shuttle bus to Elland road and five minutes from the town center but still nice and quiet for sleeping. Apartment clean,bed comfy, parking underneath was good but a bit pricey and communication from Penny was brilliant. Can’t wait to come back

I have stayed at numerous apartments and this is by the THE best property I’ve stayed at in the UK. The host was absolutely amazing , she went above and beyond to answer questions prior and during check in. The pictures does not do the property justice , it’s more beautiful in person . Don’t hesitate when it comes to booking , I will definitely be back.

Brilliant location in modern block by the canal. A five minute walk to the centre of the city. Convenient underground parking (£20 per 24 hours). A tiny balcony with 2 chairs and small table. The apartment would benefit from some coat hooks and a bit more furniture. One of the three large back cushions on the sofa is missing. Feels very sparse.

Great location in the very heart of Leeds, good if one needs to be at the fist direct arena or other events in the city center. I highly recommend - although didn't greet and meet the host, service was of excellency....keep it up guys👍
