The hotel staff are all lovely and welcoming. That’s about as good as it gets. It’s very tired and desperate for a refresh. Bath panels not fixed properly. Mould in the grout. Terrible shower. No fridge in the room or bottled water. A basic you’d expect from this chain. Wouldn’t stay again.

Malmaison past its beat
A hotel past its best. Rooms had lots of wear and tear issues … bathrooms grouting and general upkeep was poor. A once super cool hotel brand now needs a refresh … save yourselves the extra £££’s and go stay at a Premier Inn !

Nice clean rooms and lovely staff. Loved the bathroom decor and the rainfall shower. For the price I paid definitely worth the stay over some other hotel in the area.
