Excellent service and hotel. By far the best service I’ve ever had at a hotel. We lost our car key meaning we couldn’t leave the carpark without pick up recovery. The hotel staff were extremely accommodating and helpful! Thank you so much again all! Hotel itself is lovely. The rooms are spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. Border biscuits, decent tea bags and amazing water pressure!

This hotel is utterly stunning, just like being on the set of movie with it's sweeping staircase and stained glass windows that are simply exquisite.The room was beautiful and the bathroom was large with the best walk-in shower ever

Great Hotel
Hotel staff very friendly and recommended local restaurant to visit. Room very spacious and clean. The only downside was our sat nav was sending me down a bus lane to get to the hotel, so had to park in a mult store carpark, which was close by. Would we stay here again and it woukd be a YES.

I love staying at Quebec's, the staff are really friendly, always above and beyond, the rooms are so beautiful and it's lovely and quiet despite being in the centre. Location is convenient for me getting early morning trains as it only takes me 5 minutes to get from my room to the platform.
