The house is in a newly built Strata Estate in a family friendly cul-de-sac. It is finished to a high-spec with a modern luxurious feel and look.

The entrance is on the first floor and it opens into a spacious hallway with the downstairs toilet /cloakroom on the right and on the left an amazing kitchen with modern with all new and built in appliances.
The kitchen is equipped with a family size fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and cooker and hob.
The hallway leads into a very spacious clutter free, tastefully decorated living room which has a big french window that lead into a large garden.
The second floor has two double bedrooms and a family bathroom with a deep bath, best for soaking and relaxing 😎
The whole third floor is one spacious bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite with shower and toilet.
