There is a spacious outdoor decking area where you can watch the sun set over the beautiful roaches and Bosley Cloud. With free onsite visitor parking to making your stay hassle free.

The property has a hot tub available for use by guests only between 8:30am and 10:00pm (Towels not provided). Quiet time is between 10:00am to 8:30am.
The property has Wi-Fi to do the essentials, we are in a rural location so fibre broadband is not available as in towns/cities. The Wi-Fi strength and internet speed is the maximum capacity available at this property but is not sufficient for gaming or streaming films on multiple devices.
There is parking for 2 cars only at the property.
Due to fire and insurance obligations only booked guests will be allowed on site - other visitors and cars will not be permitted on site.
