Fully Furnished 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Colony Patio Villa is located in Sandhill in The Villages of Duval. The open concept living room includes a 55" flat screen TV and has a nautical theme making relaxation easy combines with Dining room that includes table comfortable seats for 4 and 4 chairs for small dining needs. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, flat screen TV, dresser space, Walk-in closet, and a walk in shower area in the Master Bath. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, dresser space, closet space and a separate bath with ample counter space and tub/shower combo.

The covered, screen Lanai has a wicker table with bench chairs if you prefer privacy with guest or you can sit outside on the patio while enjoying the sunshine as you are cooking on the complimentary outside gas grill.

This Villa is conveniently located off the O'Dell Circle and short drive with complimentary use of a 2 seater gas golf cart to Sea Breeze Recreational Center, short distance to Lake Sumnter Landing and Brownwood. The Villages has all the activities you could dream of with the Guest Village Resident ID that you have access to any 36 Executive gold courses and 12 championship golf courses. You also enjoy any of the recreation centers and Olympic sized swimming pools. Returning Snowbird renters
First time renters at this property. 3rd year snowbird renters. Duval Village is an excellent location for Sumter, Brownwood and Spanish Springs. Golf cart was perfect for tooling around The Villages. Appliances all in good working condition 3 TV’s and great Wi Fi.

Great rental property located in the center of The Villages. Comfortable furniture and bed. This is our sixth time visiting The Villages. We had a wonderful time golfing at the executive courses, dancing to the music at Brownstone and Sumter Landing squares. Enjoyed each day investigating so many activities. So much fun. We will be back.

This is a very nice place and the owner was super helpful and nice. The golf cart was an extra bonus and it was great doing some riding around the neighborhood in it. The neighbors were very friendly and also gave us helpful advice. We both enjoyed the house a lot.

wow what can I say what a lovely place very well maintained and well stocked all appliances worked as they should. We had a small problem with the a/c the owner was right on it and had somebody out to fix it the same day.. If I where to visit the villages again I would definitely stay here again

Great Duval Rental
The rental in Duval was everything we needed. Golf cart added a lot of fun. Appliances all in good working order. Owner was very helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this rental! Just a glitch with the entry code which was solved promptly. We prefer key entry for this reason.
