Check in was slow. Our room was not ready. They were looking to get another room. I said over and over- no tub. The repeated it. We got our room and moved everything in, then I noticed- a tub. Called the office. They offered us a suite room 204. I said is that on the second floor? Yes, no elevator. I said I can’t do stairs. Gave us 112. I reserved a room with 2 beds, this one had a king size bed. They asked if that was ok. At this point, ok. A German roach was walking across all our stuff in front of the TV, there were ants on the vanity, a centipede walking across the floor in front of the vanity and a bug I don’t know the name of by the toilet. I asked about a credit. They said they couldn’t because we used Expedia. Not a pleasant stay. Makes me question the benefit of using Expedia Rate was $110 for the first night and $169 for the second. We were there for our Grandsons wedding. There for April 3rd and 4th.

The main street is very noisy. The property is a bit dated. Newer carpet in the room, bathroom clean. Bed was pretty comfortable. Breakfast choices were limited but worked. Bananas, apples, bagels, bread, waffles, Yogurt, cream cheese, and some sort of egg burrito to put in the microwave. I didn’t have that. Coffee, juice, tea. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good for a one night stay.

The only bad thing I have to say is the swimming pool didn't look clean. The rest of the place and staff were very good.

Paint needs repair in many areas. Room trim shows obvious damage/neglect. Super strong deodorizer smells. Bar/Club next door was very loud, late into the night. Not the “Quality” we were hoping for.

The friendliness of clerks upon entry when they made sure I was accommodated for low level to avoid stairs due to our mobility issues. Noise level in the late hours caused by teens partying till the early morning hours.

It took 2 room changes to get a room that didn't overwhelmingly smell like cigarettes. Also issues with integrity of door locks and handles. Also, the faucet in the tub was reversed in room 248 - hot water where the faucet showed cold. Not a very good hotel.

The lobby was dirty old looking, tub was concave big huge stain on bottom. Popcorn ceiling looked like it had been repaired several times. Very rundown looking hotel, I will not suggest to anyone or stay in another quality inn ever again!
