Felt like a resort in Cancun - was the best price option for a private villa and being able to have an ocean view. Though there were always little ants or spiders on the counters which was annoying. Breakfast was a great spread. Private pool was nice though privacy barrier seemed a bit low. Overall, fine for the value, staff was friendly and if you are a surfer, great location on the beach.

The rooms are in need of maintenance. Only 1 shower room is available for use. Cost to have the room until 6pm was ridiculous. I had to wait 45 minutes to use shower room.

Not really worth the price you pay. A/c didn’t work well, had a bung tile in the shower covered in mould, fair bit of mould around the place in the wet areas. Exhaust fan didn’t suck out the moisture. The staff were really nice , buffet was really good. You could just get a lot better for what you pay for in the area. Had a few friends staying in the area for substantially cheaper and the rooms were much better.

I have stayed here before and this was my 5th and last hotel for my month stay in Bali. The check in was a bit disappointing due to having to make to bookings as I extended my stay. This was done over 2 months in advance. I was asked to check out and wait 3 hours to check back in. I offered to pay extra but they said no. Besides that the staff were amazing and I had a pleasant stay as a sole female traveller. I will definitely return.

The property was located in a great spot within walking distance to almost anything and the beach is directly across the road. We had a family room which was perfect size for myself and my two children slightly dated and felt a little dark as there was no balcony but otherwise no issues. The staff were helpful and lovely.

Very well looked after and maintained property. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was beautifully looked after each day. Would have been nice to have some choice of tea in our room and pretty miserly two sachets of coffee! We had lovely Breakfast each day. Lots of variety and beautifully presented and well cooked. We had one meal in our room and again very delicious and beautifully presented. It would have been nice to have more fresh water available in our room. We enjoyed the Balinese feast with live music and Balinese dancing.
