The original room that was allocated to us wasn't what we booked & paid for. We had to wait another day & a half before we were allocated the room we paid for. The rooms are comfortable but in need of some maintenance / renovations. Unfortunately, the pool rules are not regulated or monitored as there was a number of occasions where the was unruly behavior left to disturb the patrons. Having said this, the staff are very friendly, as is everyone in Bali. We will be returning.

The staff were amazing. It is an older resort and the rooms xpuld use some attention option's p9lp9 l p The breakfast was good with many options. We have a deluxe room upstairs but would definitely get a ground floor room next time.

The first room had a horrible mould smell, the AC was not cooling as it should be. After a couple of nights I requested to be moved to another room. The lady manager was accommodating under the circumstances. Second room had no hot water initially. Spoke to the manager who investigated and told it would take at least 5-10 mins to come through. A couple of times it never got any warmer than a hand wash. Toilet flush would generally leak and needed constant tinkering to stop the leak. But the AC was great 👍. I spoke to a few people staying here and they are regulars who love the place. Maybe I just had a bad run, but I won’t revisit again.

We were more than happy with this hotel. Swim up pool massage beauty options. Breakfast different each day. Walking distance to everything. The staff were soooo friendly and obliging. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, a bit tired, but cozy. Beds need replacing, need to purchase more pool towels ... couldn't get one 2 days in a row. Breakfast was ok but easy to get something close by. Would stay here again.

Great option for a cheaper stay! Rooms are an bit old but if your like us and don’t spend time in your room this is a great place to stay. Very central and walking distance to everything, nice pool with swim up bar, staff were fantastic. Don’t really have a bad thing to say this was our second time staying at this hotel.

Really friendly and helpful staff, in beautiful quiet, relaxing Balinese style resort. Great selection of food and drinks at the spacious vaulted ceiling restaurant/bar. Rooms are spacious and tidy, air conditioned and cleaned everyday. The pool and pool bar are great in the Balinese sun. Recommend any day.

Hotel has great atmosphere and lovely staff but the rooms are outdated, mattress had springs sticking out, door to balcony has big gap around it letting in all the bugs. Noisy cleaners sweeping hallways at 6am in the morning.

We enjoyed staying at the Paradiso hotel. It’s not fancy but it’s clean. The first night my pillow felt like a brick and I couldn’t sleep on it. We got it changed over for a better one the next day. We were able to keep our valuables in a safe in the room and it stayed in the safe, with all the warnings about being ripped off in Bali I had worried about the level of security for leaving things behind in the safe. We had no issues. We didn’t spend anytime other than sleeping or showering in the hotel and breakfast. Breakfast was decent and free so this saved us money. The banana fritters were a favourite. We were able to leave our bags at reception after checkout until 6pm when we had to leave for our flight which was helpful. Overall the hotel was everything we needed. We were happy staying here. Apart from that first night and the uncomfortable pillow.
