Location is near restaurants and shops and you are 10 minutes walk away from Katu beach. Staff was very friendly, which made the stay more memorable.

We had a room with a balcony which was on the corner of the hotel and it was very noisy. The sliding door wasn't very secure. When it was locked you could still push the door and. We could here the scooters all night and early morning. We asked to change rooms but they were booked out.

We have stay 6 night in this place , My baby (2years old) my wife and me and we recommend this place . Location is perfect , close to shop and lot of restaurant , 8min to walk in the beach, 13min to walk in a big shopping center mall . The staff is very professional, serious and nice . located in the heart of city, very nice option for restaurants, currency exchange, local market and tattoo studio in a walk able distance Legian beach is at 10 minute walk staff is very nice and helping, also allows early check in on request. very much enjoyed our stay at Mercure.

I thought the staff were lovely the hotel was nice for the price but the rooms very noisy from traffic but the big let down was the breakfast everything was cold and tasted average we ended up have breakfast elsewhere everyday costing as a lot extra

Great location in legian, close to restaurants. Rooms were nice, housekeeping was great, breakfast was average & very busy, pool facilities were small and dated, gym needs a facelift & to be attended to daily with water & towels. Not bad, but for the price should be better

The room was lovely and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Unfortunately our room on level 2 was very noisy due to the traffic outside 24/7. Also the balcony overlooked the balcony and we could hear mumbled voices especially at breakfast time. The facilities were great but the constant noise was a big issue.

The traffic noise was the only down side to a good stay in a great location. Ask questions before booking a driver for day tours.

Room toilet stinks like sewage. Toilet seat partly loose/broken. Metal bar holding shower head was loose/broken and dropped to the floor, almost hitting my foot and shower glass door. Think room kettle has never been washed as there's a layer of residue inside. We left a used dining knife and housekeeping didnt clear it even after 2days despite cleaning the room. But breakfast spread was good and staff were friendly.

I liked the location of this hotel for shopping, massages, restaurants in Legian. There was no smoking area near the pool, restaurant you had to stand out the front with no seating provided. Rooms were adequate, cleaners were very average. Good for location however not a great hotel
