Advertised as city view but only view of half due to the massive building across, I guess can’t be helped. Breakfast loads of options but the hot food was lukewarm and went cold fast after plated, Still tasty though. Quick service to get checked in and out, easy to get to the city centre and the car park but we did come on a Sunday which is a quieter time. Special requests was done for us when requested! Expected a bath with shower but only got a shower, but you could probably request this and they would do it.

The hotel was new (4 years) and was warm and friendly. Parking was available off-site a three minute walk away and at £10 for 24 hours was very reasonable. The reception staff without exception were polite and helpful. Breakfast was well organised and well laid out with lots of variety to suit all tastes. Our room was spacious with an excellent bathroom and shower. The walk into the centre was no more than 10 minutes and the hotel was on the right side for the main visitor attractions (Richard III museum, Guildhall, Cathedral, Newarke Museum and Castle).

Really nice hotel in the centre of Leicester so very convenient for shops, bars, restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful and the rooms superb. Parking way a bit tricky to find at nighttime due to dead ends and closed off roads and it’s easy to miss your turn so follow Sat nav very carefully otherwise you have a grand tour of Leicester centre.
