Warm welcome and good vibe but…someone else’s scrubbie was still hanging in our shower and the conditioner bottle had shampoo in it. Made me question the attention to detail in the cleaning and preparing of our room which was unsettling. The fridge in our room was a bonus.

The staff were absolutely lovely, so welcoming and always went above and beyond. I can't remember their names but both the girls on reception who checked me in and checked me out were absolutely lovely so polite patient and just all round made me feel comfortable. When it came to the breakfast I believe the front of house member I had on Sunday was called Leigh and they were just as incredible, the service they delivered was beyond my expectations, would highly recommend

The property is very well located near the city centre. It is well-maintained and clean. Loved how comfortable the bed was. Nice little added extras like the biscuits in the room and complementary water. All staff we met were lovely. We didnt have the breakfast so can't comment on that.

I was expecting a nice stop over in Leicester, I know it was a new hotel so i expected a level of service and comfort. When I came there was no parking available and no reference to this in the booking. So I had to go to another carpark on a major ring road. I was staying in the hotel room all evening. The TV was not working, i was told reception would deal with it. They did not. The bed was lumpy and I was woke up by guests around 2pm. It had been difficult to get to sleep as the air con was very noisy, even though I had turned it off. I was asked about m stay at check out, I mentioned a couple of things like the noise and TV. The receptionist told me a manager would contact me via email, 5 days later I am still waiting. My one word for my stay is disappointed.
