Welcome to our contractor accommodation, designed for the modern professional on the go. This recently refurbished 2 bedroom terrace house, located in Leigh, Greater Manchester is next door to another similar property. Booked together, both could comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.

This unit has 2 twin bedrooms, with 4 single beds and ample storage for your personal belongings. There is an office desk with high- speed internet throughout the house, so you can stay connected and productive during your stay. Refurbished on August 22, there is now also a modern bathroom with a full length walk-in shower.

The newly fitted kitchen and dining room is fully equipped with all the essential modern appliances including a washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. We also provide all the necessary kitchen utensils and cookware to make meal preparation easy.

The modern living room, with wall mounted TV, comfortable sofas and laminate flooring is a great shared space.

In front of the house, is free street parking for up to 2 vehicles.

Located on a residential street, within walking distance of Leigh town centre, it is still close to major road networks and motorways offering easy access to Warrington, Wigan, Bolton, Manchester, St Helens and Haydock.
