The hotel has beautiful decor and is very easy to locate. Staff are so lovely and helpful. The property is in a perfect location which met our needs for meeting with friends .

Staff (evening shift) very unhelpful from a minute one. Rooms very basic no heating (cheap electric radiators in room) not even toilet brush in toilet ????? Breakfast was an absolute disaster. 2 coffee machines not working and bacon was like a piece of plastic. And, on top of that we have been told my son (17 years old) wasn't allowed to use it because he is not 18 yet. An absolute disaster hotel. Stay away.

Great service, terrible wifi
Service, size of rooms, breakfast all good. Only really really bad thing is the wi-fi which has speeds akin to the old dial-up method.
